$100/month for your first 3 months. Includes two small content updates each month, up to 30 minutes each, and a monthly check of your main contact links or form.
Starter’s initial build + maintenance commitment is $550. Business starts at $800 including the first three maintenance payments. Maintenance ends after month three unless you choose to continue at $100/month.
Build prices are one-time. Client supplies logo, copy and photos. Two revision rounds before launch. 50% build deposit; balance due after approval and before launch. First maintenance payment at launch, then monthly. Domain, hosting, paid integrations and applicable taxes are separate and disclosed in your proposal. Extra pages, redesigns and marketing are quoted separately. Basic SEO is setup, not an ongoing ranking service. Custom features are evaluated and quoted before any commitment.

What will my website cost?
Starter starts at $250 for up to 3 pages. Business starts at $500 for up to 7 pages. Both include a $100/month maintenance commitment for the first three months. That brings the initial total to $550 or $800 respectively, before separate domain, hosting, subscriptions and taxes. Custom projects receive a written quote.
How long does it take?
We agree on a delivery date after confirming the scope and receiving your content and access. Your proposal gives you the timeline before you pay.
Can you improve my existing website?
Yes. Send me the link and what you want changed. I’ll review the platform and scope the work before quoting.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, service details, business contact information, copy and photos. We’ll confirm domain and website access securely. If you need content help, we can discuss a separate scope.
What happens after the first three months?
Your initial maintenance commitment ends. You can choose to continue at $100/month. Maintenance covers two small content updates per month, up to 30 minutes each, plus a monthly contact check. New pages and larger changes are quoted separately. Unused updates do not roll over.
What about my domain and website ownership?
Your domain should be in an account you control. Your written agreement explains website ownership, account access, hosting costs and any platform limitations before payment.
Can you guarantee leads or Google rankings?
No. Your site will include the agreed design and SEO foundations. Results also depend on your offer, traffic, competition and customer demand.
